Nurturing Ideas, People, and Possibility
For more than two decades, I’ve led with rigor, taste, and heart — guiding teams to create work that connects emotionally, culturally, and commercially. But creativity doesn’t stop at work. It lives in how I move through the world — teaching and mentoring through The Pencil Project, finding clarity on the trails, and giving new life to sustainable style. Each fuels the other, reminding me that creativity grows where curiosity and care meet.
Mentorship & Teaching
Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the Pencil Project, a program that creates non-traditional pathways into the creative industry. I’ve helped design the creative curriculum and supported the program’s growth from a two-week bootcamp into a six-credit course required for select majors. Students learn to generate ideas, build campaigns, and present their work, with scholarships helping support their journey into the industry.
Industry Leadership & Recognition
I measure success not just in campaigns or awards, but in the growth of the people I work with. Mentoring, teaching, and creating pathways for emerging talent isn’t a side project — it’s how I know our work will have lasting impact. Creativity thrives in culture, curiosity, and collaboration, and I bring all three to every project, classroom, and team I touch.
Passion, Purpose & Play
My personal passions fuel my creative perspective. Trail running teaches me endurance, focus, and the joy of small wins, while sustainable fashion lets me combine creativity with purpose — as a Poshmark Ambassador II, I’ve rescued and rehomed 900+ pieces, giving quality clothing a second life. Both pursuits keep me connected to communities and inspire ideas that resonate with real people.
